We met Raquel+Jeremy on their engagement session in San Diego. Jeremy is originally from Denver, and Raquel is originally from Guadalajara. They wanted some change of air and were supposed to be in San Diego for just a period of time, then head back to what was “home” for them at the time. Then they met. Nothing planned, just life stopping be what they thought it was. In their vows, Jeremy said that now “San Diego felt like home” because he found home in Raquel, there. And that’s how it works. There’s life before love hits you up, and then life after that. How many times we think we have it all figured out — we don’t. Life can be bitter, but life can be also so sweet.
Raquel+Jeremy’s first look has been one of our favorite moments from all time: full of energy, full of magic; just like them. We contained ourselves through some whole-hearted words during their exchange of vows, and spent an incredible day celebrating with these bebitos in the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe.
